Leadership & business operations
Maylin has a strong background in running businesses and has led several successful ventures. She is now channelling that experience into the disability sector—building Rabyya Community Care with a focus on dependable operations, thoughtful growth, and a culture where participants and families feel genuinely supported. Maylin cares about getting the foundations right: clear communication, respectful service delivery, and a team that shares her commitment to dignity, inclusion, and person-centred care.
Disability Support Worker / Management
Yusra is newer to the disability sector and brings fresh energy, curiosity, and a genuine desire to learn. She has completed her Certificate IV in Disability, giving her a solid foundation in safe, ethical, and person-centred support. Yusra listens carefully, treats everyone with respect, and works closely with the wider team to grow her skills while delivering thoughtful, reliable assistance. She is passionate about helping participants feel comfortable, included, and supported to pursue their goals at their own pace.
Support & management
Bobby has ten years of experience working alongside people with disability, and five years in management. He blends practical frontline knowledge with leadership that keeps teams aligned, supported, and focused on quality care. Bobby values clear communication, reliability, and person-centred practice—supporting participants and families with respect, dignity, and choice every step of the way.
